PICC Becomes Part of K+S North America:
Starting on 1 January 2008, the K+S Group, Europe’s second largest fertilizer producer,
will have an expanded sales platform in the United States, K+S North America with its registered office in New York.
Part of the platform will comprise the activities conducted by Potash Import & Chemical Corporation (PICC) until now.
